Description

Pokémon Sippy Cup Sapphire is a challenge-focused ROM designed to transform the base experience into a full “Littlelocke” style run.

Carefully balanced around Nuzlocke rules, it is intended to be played with those restrictions in mind. The design goal is to offer a tougher and more strategic experience than titles like *Baby Blue* or *Emerald Trashlocke*, while still giving players enough tools, encounters, and options to progress through the game with proper planning and adaptation.

Features

Nothing can evolve, but a few weaker single-stage Pokemon are available.
EVs have been disabled outside of limited stat-boosting vitamins.
Trainers are untouched, but gauntlets and back-to-backs are everywhere. Some have rewards at the end.
Minor map edits to add either gauntlets and back-to-backs or some new encounter tables.
Winstrate is mandatory for progression.
The hack stays true to Pokémon Emerald’s regional Pokédex!
