Description

Pokémon Obscura is a story-focused adventure set in the technologically advancing Shizen Region. Built from a classic-style Pokémon framework, it follows a 16-year-old protagonist who is suddenly drawn into a larger destiny after encountering a mysterious figure warning of an ancient catastrophe.

The only hope of stopping this looming doom lies in the return of a long-lost guardian Pokémon that has been missing for over 200 years.

Players explore the Shizen Region with a curated Pokédex featuring Pokémon from Generations 1 through 9, encounter legendary trainers from the past, and battle against a rising organization seeking to exploit ancient power for their own goals.

Known Bugs

  • Map Freeze Bug: Scrolling to the far edges of the region map causes the game to freeze or behave erratically. A fix is in progress.
  • Catching Visual Bug: When a Pokémon levels up and learns a move from a catch battle, the caught Pokémon may visually reappear after the move selection screen. This is only a visual bug — the Pokémon is still properly registered as caught.
  • Evergreen Forest Softlock: If you lose the battle against enemy grunts in Evergreen Forest, the game will softlock. Avoid losing this battle until it’s patched.
  • Other bugs may still exist — please save often and report anything unusual on
