Description

Welcome to the diverse region of Cadima, where recent events have pushed the government to introduce new policies centered around the safety and prosperity of its citizens.

You begin your journey as a young former trainer who is suddenly drawn back into action after your father mysteriously goes silent without explanation. As you search for answers, you become caught in a world filled with mystery, political unrest, and growing tension across the region.

Along the way, you’ll meet new friends, encounter unusual individuals, and face challenges that slowly reveal the deeper secrets hidden within Cadima.

Bugs/Issues

I tried to give credit to the various artists/people I used assets from, but I didn’t actually do this until about halfway through development, so some names are likely left out. If you see someone missing in the credits.txt file, please call it out.
Gastlys past Route 4 might crash your game? I was not able to reproduce this though
Playing as the Bidoof might have some unintended side effects

This game was made with Pokemon Essentials v21 in RPG Maker XP
This game was balanced mostly around the “Hard” difficulty, but hopefully the Easy and Medium ones are still fun and approachable.
This demo covers the first 3 gyms plus a story section afterwards
The structure is mostly similar to the mainline Pokemon games, but with some twists - more story, 2 type gym leaders, side quests.
Hopefully the message of this game is Fascism is bad rather than regulation is bad.
