Description

The main adventure remains the same. Players travel through Johto, collect Gym Badges, battle Team Rocket, challenge the Pokemon League, and later continue their journey through Kanto.

Rather than replacing the story or creating a completely different region, this mod focuses on improving the existing game. It adds more settings, Trainer rematches, restored trading, updated sprites, map previews, challenge options, and fixes carried over from newer versions of Pokemon Modern Emerald.

Pokemon Modern Heart & Soul includes Easy, Normal, and Hard difficulty settings, but it is not designed as a full difficulty hack. These options mainly change opponent levels, catch rates, badge boosts, experience gain, and other balance settings.
