Can this game be played on mobile (Drastic, Delta, etc), handhelds, R4, etc?

Yes. These methods have not been tested, so don't feel shocked if you experience a crash. It is advised to play via PC using emulators such as MelonDS and Desmume.

Why not SoulSilver?

There are limitations with that version so the focus is on HeartGold.

I am unable to patch the game with the correct version needed?!

You must ensure the authenticity of your game to use it to patch and repeat the steps showcased. There are faulty versions that exist that many users unfortunately get their hands on.

Is the Fairy-type and modern mechanics such a Mega Evolutions with added Pokemon up to generation 9 in the game?

No. This is not apart of the vision for the game.

Have the shiny rates been changed?

No. This will cause things to break in game.
