Description
Pokémon Decay is designed as a celebration of the first four Pokémon generations, aiming to deliver a strong sense of nostalgia through references to classic storylines, characters, and regions.
Following a series of devastating natural disasters, the regions of Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh have collided into a single massive landmass known as the Talem Region. The player awakens with no memory of what happened and begins a journey to uncover the truth behind the catastrophe that reshaped the world.
The adventure follows the familiar structure of classic Pokémon journeys, with players collecting 8 Gym Badges and eventually challenging the Elite Four. Along the way, they encounter many iconic characters and villainous teams from the early generations, bringing together elements from multiple classic stories into one connected experience.
